“Back Again”

"Welcome Back!"

First week of school has flown by, and we're back to learning.

My turn, our turn, your turn...
Year 2 of Literacy Essentials
It does get easier, we promise
Hang in there!
Brushing up on those Latin declensions
although outside seems much more interesting

We don't usually go to the beach the first week of school but we needed supplies for our terrariums. Try not to be too jealous :)
God blessed us with a beautiful day!

Last years graduate joined us
and graciously consented to be buried

Best way to start off the year
Confessions and Holy Mass

Now for work on our terrariums

Beyond excited over the new train pieces
Mr Carpenter sent

Fr. Francisco stopped by and
played football with the boys

Unlike Spokane our weather was delightful
Sr. teaches the students how to do shuttle runs

Nap time, not just for kindergarteners

Did any of you grow up playing with these blocks? I loved them as a kid.
We were given this set and the students
enjoyed testing their skills as architects.

Barbara Day turned 93!
We went next door to L'Georges for breakfast

Buckeyes!
The squirrels compete with Fr.
to see who gets the most each year

What is school without bulletin boards
This one is in the church hall so the parishioners can have a glimpse of school activities

Sr. Maria Magdalena's latest sourdough feat,
hoagie rolls!

Week one down, only 35 more to go!

We are looking forward to all the special feasts of Our Lady coming up. We would love to hear how you celebrate in your convents and schools.

God bless you!
